1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays. Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Please note: Orders may take slightly longer during new collection drops, sales, or busy seasons.
2. Domestic Shipping (South Africa)
We offer standard courier delivery nationwide.

Cost: Flat rate shipping of R85.00 for local (Same City) shipping, and a flat rate shipping fee of R120.00 for Nation (Major Cities) shipping, or free shipping on orders over R900.00
We currently do not offer cash on delivery.
3. International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to selected countries.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT in their country. SAINT PROJECTS and ACES X SPADES (PTY) LTD are not liable for international customs delays or charges.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking info. You can track your order using the link provided or by entering your tracking number on the courier’s website.
