Thank you for shopping with SAINT PROJECTS, a premium streetwear brand owned by ACES X SPADES (PTY) LTD. This Shipping Policy outlines how your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays. Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Please note: Orders may take slightly longer during new collection drops, sales, or busy seasons.

2. Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

We offer standard courier delivery nationwide.

Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days after dispatch
Courier partners: (The Courier Guy)
Cost: Flat rate shipping of R85.00 for local (Same City) shipping, and a flat rate shipping fee of R120.00 for Nation (Major Cities) shipping, or free shipping on orders over R900.00

We currently do not offer cash on delivery.

3. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to selected countries.

Estimated delivery time: 20–30 business days depending on location
Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT in their country. SAINT PROJECTS and ACES X SPADES (PTY) LTD are not liable for international customs delays or charges.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking info. You can track your order using the link provided or by entering your tracking number on the courier’s website.

If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation after 3 business days, contact us at saintprojectsclo@gmail.com.

5. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to:

Courier issues
Weather disruptions
High order volume
Incorrect delivery details

We are not liable for delays once the item has been handed over to the courier.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to:

Incorrect/incomplete addresses
Uncollected packages

If a parcel is returned to us, the customer is responsible for the re-delivery fee.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the order has been marked “delivered,” we are not responsible for any loss or theft. If your package is missing, please contact the courier directly or email us for assistance.
