Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at SAINT PROJECTS, proudly owned by ACES X SPADES (PTY) LTD. We appreciate your support and want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order if:

The item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging
The item is not a sale or clearance item
The return is requested and approved before sending it back

To initiate a return, email us at saintprojectsclo@gmail.com with:

Your full name
Order number
The reason for return
Clear photos (if the product is damaged or incorrect)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

Sale, discounted or promotional items
Gift cards
Custom or made-to-order items
Items showing signs of wear or wash

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost once verified.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you want a different size or product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Shipping for Returns

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival
We explicitly offer free returns

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. SAINT PROJECTS and ACES X SPADES (PTY) LTD are not liable for returned items lost in transit.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

First, check your bank or payment provider
Then contact your card issuer or bank—it may take time before a refund officially posts
